Industrial Park

Sackville has set aside 48 acres of land, 500 metres from the Trans-Canada Highway along the CN rail line, and zoned it for industrial and commercial development. By separating the busy industrial centre from the residential community, the Town has been successful in creating a climate for business while preserving the small-town ambiance.

Owned and administered by the Town, the Sackville Industrial and Business Park has land available for development, with attractively priced, fully serviced and unserviced lots. Municipal water, sewage, and three-phase overhead 12kv power services are provided, with maximum voltage available from NB Power upon request. Within the Park, existing buildings, suitable as warehousing, processing, or distribution centres, are also available for sale or lease.
