The Fredericton Youth Orchestra and the Fredericton SchoolGirl Choir will premiere a work by Stephen Hatfield commissioned for this event. These groups as well as Les Jeunes Chanteurs d'Acadie and the Hillsborough Alumnae Choir will also present selections in the opening concert of Podium 2008 Choral Waves/Ondes Chorale.
