Struts Gallery Ease Down the Road Artist in Residence

Struts Gallery & Faucet Media Arts Centre (7 Lorne Street) presenting Ease Down the Road artist is residence – Ainslie Moss, April 18th - May 12th.

For her residency at Struts Gallery, Ainslie plans to continue her romp through the vast thematic world of literature and text. She will be flirting with writing projects, wall paintings and various printing techniques to experiment with presenting a developing body of written work that explores love and fantasy, studies the bonds and boundaries of relationships, and laments creative neuroses (and the taste of cheap whiskey).

Ainslie will also be drafting the first stages of a new book, Love Stories, typeset tales of divorce as seen through the lens of Canada's Supreme Courts.

Ainslie Moss is a multi-disciplinary artist currently living in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She plays with words and sometimes tells stories. If she were to draw a diagram of her art practice, it would look like the digestive system
