2010 Fine Arts Class Opening Reception at the Owens

Mount Allison University's Bachelor of Fine Arts Graduating Class of 2010 Exhibition May 15th - June 27th at the Owens Art Gallery, 61 York Street.

This is Mount Allison’s Bachelor of Fine Arts Graduating Students Exhibition, an annual show of the work that each graduating BFA student has chosen, in consultation with their faculty advisors, to show in what for many will be their first group show in a public gallery. The BFA Exhibition represents the culmination of the four years that these fifteen students have spent developing together as artists, and celebrates the ways in which they have diverged into their own artistic practices.

The public is invited to show their support for this year’s graduating Fine Arts class by attending the exhibition’s official opening on Saturday 15 May at 4PM. Opening remarks will be made by artist and recently retired painting professor Rebecca Burke.
