Opening Reception It's A Wonderful Life at the Owens

Opening reception Friday, September 14th from 5 - 7 pm at the Owens Art Gallery. To celebrate Struts' 25th anniversary the Owens Art Gallery will open its premier fall exhibition featuring the work of thirty artists who have paricipated in the "Open Studio" Artist-in-Residence Program. During their residency, for one month, artists from across Canada and abroad call Sackville home, creating and interacting with the community through workshops and presentations. The exhibition will include innovative painting, installation, and video works from a broad range of contemporary Canadian artists. Owens invites you to the opening of "It's a Wonderful Life" and a birthday celebration for Struts Gallery. The exhibition continues to October 19th. Following the opening at The Owens Art Gallery there will be "A Potluck Bash" at George's Roadhouse. All are welcome!
