Youth Fishing Derby

Saturday, June 2nd, 2012, 10:00 am–noon

The Sackville Rod and Gun Club will be holding its annual Youth Fishing Derby on June 2, 2012 at 241 Rockport Road, Rockport, NB, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.

Age limits are 5-15 years old inclusive (entrants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult). You must register by Friday May 25th at 6:00 pm by calling Roy PIEROG at 506-536-1115.

A BBQ lunch is being provided for the kids and parents (hamburgs, hotdogs, drinks).

There will be prizes for the longest string of fish, youngest fisher and longest fish, plus many draws.

The derby is sponsored by the Sackville Rod and Gun Club, New Brunswick Conservation Officers Association, and the New Brunswick Wildlife Trust Fund.
