This summer join Leanne Laracey of Nava Yoga for Free Family Yoga in the Park! Together we will become animals such as lions, cranes, cats, dogs, and eagles! We'll become dancers and archers! We'll salute the summer sun, share stories, paint faces and have lots of fun! Yoga provides a great path for children (and adults!) to become more aware of themselves- through the body, breath, thoughts and emotions. Classes designed for ages 4 to 14 and their caregivers.
Program starts July 19 and runs every Thursday from 10 am to 11 am at the Bill Johnstone Memorial Park (park behind the bandstand).
