The Special Events Committee of Live Bait is requesting a few hours of your time. You might even consider it a sort of barn-raising, but of a different kind. We are organizing a work night to help get our facility ship-shape in preparation for our upcoming season. There is a wide array of tasks to be completed, some of which include touch up painting, minor repairs, fixing broken chairs, to name a few. Would you be able to join us at Live Bait Theatre on Wednesday, June 13th at 7 pm to help tackle some of these projects? Previous experience not a pre-requisite. Any time and assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated; we will even try to have some fun thrown in for good measure.
One major aspect of the work involves revamping the broken chairs in an efficient and low cost way. We could therefore use some insights regarding how this could be accomplished. Any ideas would be very welcome. If you think you could offer assistance with that aspect of the repairs, you might be lucky enough to take one home to experiment on! Just let us know and we will get one to you.
We hope you will consider pitching in on the 13th. I look forward to hearing from you. Please RSVP 536-2248 or email@example.com.
All are welcome!
