Sunday, August 1, 1:00 pm, Dr. Robert Summerby-Murray presents Diaries as Local Literature: the family dynamics of Alice Bulmer and Ella Anderson in the 1920's and 30's.
Sunday, August 1st, 2:00 - 4:30 pm, Marilyn Lerch leads a workshop on memoir writing (please register in advance by contacting the Tantramar Heritage Trust at 536-2541).
All events are pay-what-you-can and outdoors. Rain location is indoors and is limited to 60 people, first come first served.

SappyFest Music & Arts Festival
The 5th annual SappyFest Music and Arts Festival, July 30 - August 1: A summer highlight for fans of independent music and culture, SappyFest brings together an exciting lineup of over 40 bands, artists, and performers from across North America.
Concerts are presented at a covered outdoor stage and several satellite venues including an art-deco movie theatre and historic church. Featured music styles range from rock through folk, punk, experimental and pop. Alongside the music is an eclectic program of visual art, performers, zinesters, readings and great local food. SappyFest will present a Zine & Craft Fair.
SappyFest is the perfect way to spend the midsummer long weekend.
Cost: Weekend Pass $85 plus tax, Friday Pass $40 plus tax, Saturday or Sunday pass $50 plus tax

The 6th Annual Ok.Quoi?! Arts Festival, July 26 - August 1, presented by Struts Gallery & Faucet Media Arts Centre.
A diverse program of contempory film, music, audio art and performance by over 40 regional, national and international artists. Screenings, concerts, and public exhibitions take place at a variety of venues and on the downtown streets in the heart of Sackville.
