Screening: The Garden
Sackville Cinema Politica is back with a great line up of summer screenings!
All screenings will take place on Mondays at 7:30 p.m. in Room 108 of the Dunn Building on the Mount Allison Campus at York and Salem.
AUGUST 31st: THE GARDEN This film was short listed for best documentary at the 2009 Academy Awards. It chronicles the struggle of the South Central Farmers in Los Angeles to save their 14 acre community garden (the largest of it kind in the U.S.). This screening is co-hosted by the Sackville Community Garden.
Everyone is welcome to attend and entry is by donation / pay what you can.
