The 18th Annual Greater Sackville Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournamentis being held Wednesday, August 19th at the Sackville Golf & Country Club, 42 Fairfield Road (rain date August 20th).
Registration 9:00 am, Shot Gun Start at 9:30 am. Teams of four $240, $65 for individual player who can join an existing team, maximum 20 teams.
Prizes: $10,000 Hole-in-One prize from Sears Insurance.

The Sackville Waterfowl Park is starting a Meet the Naturalist Program. Every Wednesday from 3-4pm adults and children can come to the Sackville Visitor Information Centre, 34 Mallard Drive, where questions can be asked about nature in the Waterfowl Park. We will also have a natural activity for the children that is free. All are welcome!

Ever wondered what authentic Mexican food tastes like? Join us in Sackville, at 24 Weldon Street on Wednesday, August 19 for a gourmet, communal Mexican dinner. Tickets are $20 and include non-alcoholic drinks, appetizers, soup, starters, a main course, dessert and coffee or tea. Dishes generally include seafood, meat and dairy, but alternatives can be made for vegans and vegetarians. All food is fresh, home-made by Mexico-City natives, and gluten-free. Dinner is served at 6pm, and promises to be delicious, and enjoyed in good company.
